People have done some pretty strange things to get an interviewer’s attention. Of course you want to capture the hiring manager’s interest so they remember you long after the interview, but for the right reasons. So here are a few ways you can do to keep the hiring manager engaged and be a memorable candidate (in a good way): Bring in Tangible Work Samples: Send a link to your digital portfolio to the interviewer ahead of time, but for the actual interview, bring in hard copies of your work samples.
