One of the main resources that I use as a LibGig recruiter is LinkedIn. As I scroll through the results of my candidate search, the first thing I look at is each person’s headline. Your headline should tell recruiters your area of specialty while also highlighting something about your experience or interests that differentiates you from others in the same candidate pool.
